- International Orders: Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and can take anywhere from 7-14 business days, depending on customs processing and local postal services.

- P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to P.O. Box, APO, and FPO addresses. However, shipping times to these addresses may be longer, and additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund.
If you notice any damage to your package upon delivery, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us immediately.
9. Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees and the cost to resend the package. If your order is undeliverable, we will notify you and give you the option to reship the order or issue a refund (excluding the original shipping fee).
